Bob Bridges is a Senior Manager with VALUE Incorporated. He provides clients with dependable financial and economic analyses for mergers and acquisitions, litigation, and financial reporting. Mr. Bridges has significant experience having worked on hundreds of engagements representing billions of dollars in securities, intellectual property and economic damages.

Mr. Bridges has consulted extensively in financial services for 11 years. Prior to joining VALUE Incorporated, his experince included fixed income strategies, stock options, and estate planning. Mr. Bridges’ diverse background in economics and financial consulting provide a broad range of strengths ranging from family limited partnership and business valuations for estate and gift planning, to complex 10b-5 damages analyses in securities fraud litigation matters.

In addition, Mr. Bridges has appeared as a guest lecturer on topics including economics, finance, estate planning and valuation issues. He holds a Master of Arts in Applied Economics from Southern Methodist University and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from The University of Texas at Arlington. Mr. Bridges holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and is a member of the CFA Institute. He is also a former golf professional.
