Travis Keath is a Principal of VALUE Incorporated with considerable experience in the valuation of business interests and intangible assets. Throughout his career, Travis’ consulting work has focused primarily on corporate finance and business valuation issues, which has spanned hundreds of companies in a variety of industries. He has extensive experience in the quantitative assessment of business operations and capital structure, as well as the analysis of intellectual property and intangible assets.

Travis has testified as an expert witness in numerous venues, including Federal and state district courts, United States Tax Court and arbitration panels of the NASD and the American Arbitration Association. In addition, he has assisted with valuation issues in mediations and informal negotiations between parties regarding business valuation, economic damages, securities issues, tax matters and related issues.

Prior to his position at VALUE, Travis held valuation, reorganization and litigation consulting positions at a national valuation firm and a global accounting and consulting firm. Complementing his 20 years of consulting experience, Travis also served as the chief financial officer of a software development company.

He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation, is a Certified Public Accountant and holds the Accredited in Business Valuation credential. Travis earned his BBA and MS in finance from Texas A&M University. He is a frequent author and lecturer on business valuation, financial restructuring and related topics.
