Applicants for senior positions should have several years of consulting experience, an MBA or Ph.D. and an excellent base of knowledge in the finance area. The CFA designation is preferred but not required for applicants.

Applicants for junior consulting positions need not have consulting experience, but should have an MBA or higher education with a concentration in finance or a bachelor degree and 2-5 years of financial or strategic consulting experience. Again, the CFA designation is preferred but not required for applicants.
