Haley Geng is an analyst with VALUE Incorporated, a premier firm specializing in the valuation of businesses, securities, and intellectual property. She advises clients through mergers and acquisitions, litigation, and financial reporting.
The scope of Haley’s work includes valuation analyses and consulting for mergers and acquisitions, including fairness opinions and purchase price allocations. Haley also provides valuation opinions for financial reporting, such as stock-option valuations, goodwill impairment studies, and transfer pricing analyses. Additionally, she provides valuations of business and partnership interests in matters relating to gift and estate taxes.
Prior to joining VALUE, Haley worked as an equity analyst with Lowden Street Capital, an intern with the Southside Bank Commercial Real Estate division in Fort Worth, and as a Graduate Assistant in the TCU Finance Department. Prior to pursuing her Master of Business Administration degree, Haley worked for National Auto Tools, a car maintenance machine dealer in Fort Worth, Texas, in the role of business consultant, and Shanghai Fanbao, a car lift manufacturing company in Shanghai, China, in the role of export manager.
Haley is a Level III CFA candidate. She received her MBA with a concentration in Finance from Texas Christian University, with full scholarship. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance major and accounting minor from Texas Christian University.
Haley currently lives in Fort Worth, Texas with her husband and son. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, swimming, and spending time with family and friends.
