Jack L. Beaumont is an Analyst with Value Incorporated, a premier firm specializing in the valuation of businesses, securities, and intellectual property. He advises clients through mergers and acquisitions, commercial litigation, estate and gift tax valuation issues, and financial reporting.
The scope of Jack’s work includes valuation analyses and consulting for mergers and acquisitions, including fairness opinions and purchase price allocations. Jack also provides valuation opinions for financial reporting, such as stock‑option valuations, goodwill impairment studies, and transfer pricing analyses.
Prior to joining Value Incorporated, Jack worked as a teaching assistant for the University of North Texas finance and real estate department, and an intern at a Denton-based financial planning firm. Jack was also a NCAA Division 1 Track & Cross-Country Athlete, additionally he has represented New Zealand at multiple IAAF World Championships.
Jack is currently in his final semester of his Master of Science in Finance at the University of North Texas; he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of North Texas where he graduated with Honors. Mr. Beaumont is a Level I Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Candidate and holds the Corporate Finance Institute, Financial Modeling & Valuation Analyst (FMVA) certificate.
Jack was raised in Queenstown, New Zealand and moved to the Dallas-Fort Worth area in 2017 after being recruited by the University of North Texas. In his leisure time, Jack enjoys trail running, skiing, climbing and rugby.
