Jack Horrigan is an Analyst with VALUE Incorporated, a firm specializing in the valuation of businesses, securities, and intangible assets. He supports clients across a range of engagements, including litigation and forensic matters, transaction advisory, and financial and tax reporting.
The scope of Mr. Horrigan’s work includes business and equity valuations prepared for gift and estate tax planning, litigation support, and financial reporting purposes. He develops discounted cash flow and market-based valuation models, analyzes guideline public companies and comparable transactions, and assesses discounts for lack of control and lack of marketability. Mr. Horrigan serves clients across a variety of industries, including business and facilities services, real estate, financial services, energy, and manufacturing.
Prior to joining VALUE Incorporated, Mr. Horrigan earned his Master of Science in Finance from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University. His earlier experience spans fixed income markets at Daiwa Capital Markets and equity research at Piper Sandler. Mr. Horrigan received his undergraduate degree in Finance from Providence College, where he competed as a Division I lacrosse player.
