Joseph Bissinger is a graduate of the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University, where he earned his MBA in May 2026. Prior to his MBA, Joseph spent two years as a Sales Associate at Alphatec Spine in Charlotte, NC, where he supported surgical sales operations and collaborated with spine surgeons and hospital systems to facilitate revenue growth across the Charlotte region.
Before joining Alphatec, Joseph earned his M.S. in Management from SMU Cox in 2023, during which he also competed as a student-athlete on the SMU football team. He began his academic career at the University of Virginia, where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Government in 2022 as a scholarship athlete on the Cavaliers football team — competing in 33 games including the ACC Championship and Orange Bowl.
