Max Naegeli is an Analyst with Value Incorporated, a premier firm specializing in the application of valuation, financial and economic theory. He supports clients through valuation issues in mergers and acquisitions, financial reporting, tax planning, and litigation.
The scope of Mr. Naegeli’s work includes the valuation of businesses and business interests using income, market, and asset-based approaches. His responsibilities encompass financial statement analysis, discounted cash flow modeling, guideline transaction analysis, and the preparation of formal valuation reports.
Prior to joining Value Incorporated, Mr. Naegeli gained experience in commercial real estate with JLL, where he worked on the tenant representation and leasing teams for Office and Industrial, and with Squarehead Properties, L.P., where he assisted in property management and lease administration. Mr. Naegeli holds a Texas Real Estate License.
Mr. Naegeli has a Master of Science in Finance from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University and a Bachelor of Science in Economics, with a minor in Business, from Southern Methodist University.
